Xiaomi Redmi 7A Test Point Overview
The Xiaomi Redmi 7A (codenamed pine) is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC. Like most Qualcomm-based devices, it supports Qualcomm's Emergency Download Mode (EDL / 9008 mode), which is the primary method used by technicians for flashing firmware, erasing FRP locks, and recovering from hard-bricks or dead-boot situations. When standard software methods are unavailable β for example, if the device is stuck in a boot loop, the bootloader is damaged, or FRP cannot be cleared via ADB β the hardware test point method provides a reliable alternative.
When to Use the Redmi 7A Test Point

EDL Test Point Method
